Follow lines to injector rails, in that line coming to them, there should be a valve that looks like a tire valve stem sort of. It releases same as letting air out of tire, but put a rag over it to avoid spraying in eyes etc, BE CAREFUL it pressurized. Make sure no spark around etc when you do. If not comfortable doing that, remove rubber intake hose from throttle body, open plate & spray WD-40 inside, now try to start. If it fires up for a second or 2 , you've got a lack of fuel problem.

if it ran out of gas it just may be air locked, you can't just crank the engine turn the key to the run postion for 3 seconds and shut off and do this 7 or 8 times then try starting it. The fuel pump will not pump while cranking it is a fail safe if the car is in a wreck and the pump won't continue to pump gas out and catch on fire. This should fix it for you.

Sounds like either the fuel pressure regulator or a clogged fuel filter.
SOURCE: 2006 nissan altima battery shows 12.73 volts on
The proper voltage acceptable is 12.4 volts (across the battery) this test does not test the seperate cells.due to the excessive drop in voltage I think your battery has a bad cell in it.A good battery might drop to 11.8 but 6.5 your battery is no good.
