Wipers work only on high on 2013 Toyota Tun

Gerald, Could not find a lot of info. on the net to your Tundras problem. Sounds like the wipers have a faulty wiper motor control/resistor/circuit board/switch. You may have to take it in and have a good Tech. diagnose and estimate repair. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Wipers only work on slow intermittant

front or rear, guess front... gee?
you meant fails only on high and fails means dead, rigth, not slow on high or some other odd effects. like noise. chattering or ?
what does it do on high , i guess sits still.
the wipers can be slow. if the motor is weak.
fail to return
make noises. or jam.
Q1:" do the washers work

2004 WJ
there are 3 things, POWER< CONTROLLER and MOTOR.
the first question here, is this computer controlled (eg BCM)
answer: YES, the BCM does keep alive. (more later)
is there a relay?
answer yes.
the control has 10 position.. off 1....9
so intermattant 1 to 5 work, you never said that.
at pos. 6 is low, works.
at post 7 high its dead. it turns on the HIGH wiper relay in the PDC
so that is dead,
my guess. i use meters to tell me facts but if i hand to guess
it be the HIGH relay blown.
if not its the H tap pin on the motor bad.
or wires to same.
the wiper motor can be hot wired to test it. easy
pin 6 on the motor connector is hIGH./

if how ever the high starts the wiper moving and then dies
then the PCM keep alive feed is dead. or wiper on./off is dead.
but the other work, so id skip this.

try to say exactly what happens on high. (DEAD?)
OR MOVES AND STALLS.? O short strokes.?

My 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee windshield washer pump is stuck on and my front wipers run continuously what can I don to figure this out?

did you scan the PCM first. if not way not. got DTCs'
not necessarily. "mont"
first learn what is there, there are 2 systems. old and new.
lets look at facts in the real fsm.
what is there,? (its new type.,like mine)

see page 2, in wiring wipers there.
see how that works, unlike what mont says.
The wiper driver stalk switch rarely fails.
The wiper has park sense, contacts.
the BCM watches those contracts and does the logic
via the BCM controlled, wiper on/off relay
so id pull that PDC relay first.

that act will stop it.
but not smack that relay hard, (dont wreck it )
then put it back, fixed now, good, get a new one soon.
now, the measure with any volt meter across across relay coil
0vdc is good, key in, wipers

12v dc means the BCM is confused, (it or the input from stalk drivers switch stuck on)

load side,
25407414-cg0iiveyk1aehnlwspos32uf-1-0.jpg see page 1 in fsm
see that when MF switch is off, the high speed feed is 0v.
the BCM input from MFSwitch is infinity off, (no resistance)
at pin 8 of MFS, switch.
if the BCM sees a non open path the BCM will close the relay.
the BCM sees no connection or resistors or pin 9 stuck on high
or mist switch shorted.
that is how it works.

1999 chevy silverado windshield wipers were working intermittently and now won't work at all. I metered the connector with it unplugged from the wiper motor and I had a change of state with all positions...
Click on the link. I always check voltage and ground, w/o ground also, it won't work. The top wires in diagram are voltage depending on what your trying to do? The black wire is ground. You can check ground by also using a test light. One end of test light touches battery voltage, the other end touches black wire terminal. If the lite comes on, the ground is good enough to work the test lite.

I have a 1990 Lumina, my wipers don't work. I have changed the motor and the fuse is good. I would like know what other things I can look for?

Hello! If you have a volt meter, check the following points for +12 volts...At the wiper motor assembly connector...Check Pin A Purple wire...Pin B Dark/Green..
Turn wiper switch to low and measure both pins...Do the same with switch on high...If +12 volts is not present the wiper switch is defective...If +12 volts is present at both switch positions the ground feed to the wiper motor is open...Ground is the Black wire on Pin C...Guru...Saailer

The windshield wipers have stopped working, i can hear the motor working when i turn them on, but they won't move! same for both front and back wipers! can someone give me step by step instructions to find...

If you have had ice or snow on the car then used the wipers they sometimes come lose at the base. the wiper arm has a cap at the bottom of it and a nut normally 13mm check to see these are tight first before going any further.

I would have said maybe the front ones have came off the runner bar inside but as both are not working its hard to say. there is a panel just under the front windsheild the wiper motor is in there have a look see if anything has snapped or came off.

hope this helps

Drivers side wiper

If it is only the driver's side that doesn't work, it is a mechanical problem. There is one motor that operates both blades, so if one is working, it's not the motor or fuse. The two most common problems would be a stripped out gear where the wiper arm attaches at the bottom of the windshield, or a detached linkage. There is a metal bar running under the cowl, and it has pins that attach it to each wiper. See if these are loose. Hope this helps :)

Cobalt wipers dont work

Underneath the cowl cover, where the wiper motor is, there is a nut that goes on the back. Check and make sure it's still there. If it's not, save yourself time and aggravation and take it to a garage. I had the same thing happen to me, and after scraping my wrists up pretty good from digging under the cowl cover, I got it back on but the tab that tells the wipers where and when to stop was broken. I hear that's a pretty common thing. A service tech will have to reset the timing and/or replace that tab.
