After digging around further, it IS in fact one of the black, cube shaped relays, but apparently things are different on a CVPI. it is a separate buss of relays on the drivers side of the engine compartment (under the hood) above and aft of the front left wheel well. Problem solved with locating the relay.

what a joke.... i see you submitted the same basic answer i gave you to a user

"There are actually two fuse boxes, at least on my 01 Vic CVPI. The primary one is under the dash on the driver's side and to the left of the steering column. the second one is under the hood near the battery. Your owner's manual should have a diagram as what fuses control your car's accessories. Hope this helped! Bill"

I'M NOT GETTING FUEL TO THE INJECTORS ON A 85 CROWN VIC . THE FUEL PUMP AND THE RELAY HAVE BENN REPLACED WHATS THE NEXT STEP/

You will only get fuel at the injectors when cranking, the pump wont run(Usually) with just the key on. This is to prevent the pump running in a crash and feeding the engine.

Fuel pump relay location

Yes In the trunk of some of the Crown Vics there is a switch next to the air ride control. It is called an Inertia switch and has a reset button. If you do not find this switch in the trunk, you will find it behind one of the kick panels above the front seat floorboard. It will sometimes activate by mistake with an impact.

The fuel pump relay should be in a Relay trio that is piggy-back to the Powerbox under the hood on the driver's side. There are plastic clips on one end which when pressed will allow the Relay trio to slide out of the case and towards the engine.
