Have toyota tacoma 2003 4x4 sr5 have clunking sound seems like coming from drive line help plz

A clunking sound is usually a universal joint that is going out. Check the joints by getting under the truck and trying to shake the drive shafts near the joints. The other cause could be the pinion (front or rear) has developed slack. You may see some slack at the pinion bearing of the axle housing when you shake the drive shaft.

Manual stickshift

It could be the clutch is slipping so badly that it won't drive; this is the most likely problem with a Toyota. It could be something worse like a broken shaft in the transmission or maybe somebody pranked you by removing the drive shaft. If it is 4 wheel drive, it could be in the transfer case. A remote possibility is a broken axle or rear end problem.

1997 toyota tacoma will not go into 4 wheel drive

Has the transfer case ever been serviced? The fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles, if not the works can stick and cause engagement problems. Make sure the vacuum to the front hubs is available, if the front hubs are not locking the front drive shaft will turn but no Front wheel lock up and no 4 wheel drive is available.

Vibration in the drive train

Sound like u-joints could be part of the problem, but there's a possibility the drive shaft could be out of balance.
