You will need to go buy a wiring harness adapter from your local Walmart (usually cheapest there) or Local Electronics place (ie Best Buy). The wire harness that goes out from the radio goes into the Adapter and the adapter plugs into the car harnesses. Also these Adapters come with the wiring diagrams for your vehicle. They typically run 10 - 15 bucks depending on where you get them. Thanks for using FixYa!

All of the power locks and power windows are directly ties into the "Integration Relay". This is the large white box behind the fuse panel under the dash. There are 2 different Integration relays, one with electric windows, and one without them. You may need to change the integration relay, also.

Pull the actuator out plug it in and have some pull it in 4 wheel with the key on and see if it moves. If not then the problem is between the there and the 4x4 switch by the shifter. Check to see if there is power to the wires and then follow them out. Maybe one is broke or even a blowed fuse.
