Ur car is having a clogging water pump or a dying water pump problems. The car water pump it is not doing it job like circulation of the water in the car through out the car engine evenly. The car keep losing water that u keep putting it in because of the car engine keep overheating and causes water candensation and evaporation of the water u keep putting it into the car. This car must have be check out by an auto mechanic for changing it holes systems on the car water pump or must have be do a replacement of the whole water pump unit itself.
this is most likely the water pump if it is leaking at front of engine, the water pump is under the large timing belt cover and driven by the timing belt, so both are changed at the same time.
First thing first. I assume you have electric fan or fans, do they come on when it's starting to get hot?If they come on then you need to change your thermostat. If it's not opening after engine gets to temp 180 to 190 Im guessing then your coolant will not flow through engine. If after you change your thermostat make sure when you change it its spring side down toward engine. If it still runs hot after that probably need to check to make sure your water pump is working. Most of the time if a water pump is bad its will leak out a small weep hole after you turn the car off. I have seen at times when the impeller spin on the shaft and not pump water. You should be able to check that by taking the lower radiator hose off the water pump and see if its pumping water, some may come out but it should really blow out really good if its pumping. One of these solutions should fix your problem.
it sounds like it may have air in the system there should be a bleeder valve for the coolant also if it ran hot you may have a possible head gaskt problem i would try bleeding the air out of the coolant system and if problem is still there you can buy a kit to check the head gasket it hooks to the coolant system and you pour a liquid in it and if it turns from blue to yellow it has a head gasket problem
