SOURCE: Heater always blowing even when powered off!

There is a control module that is located behind the glove box that needs to be replaced. cost is less than $100. Very simple to replace. Remove Glove box and swap out part. Phillips screwdriver needed.

SOURCE: FAN DOES NOT BLOW AIR OUT ON LOWER SETTINGS ONLY ON HIGH

Need a new blower motor resistor. Check under hood on firewall, on passenger side under cowl, behind strut tower area is usual spot. If not may be on housing/ducting under dash on passenger side near blower motor.

SOURCE: 2001 Chevy Blazer blower motor not working

It keeps burning out blower resistors because of the blower motor drawing to much amperage so you will need to replace the resistor and blower motor

You will need to replace the blower motor speed control module/resistor, it is burned out. it is located next to the blower motor.

Ac/heater fan will not shut off in 2003 venture

May have broken a connection/shorting in the blower resistor pack which controls motor speed. Can get fragile with older vehicles.

I would need more info to give any advice.
I assume you mean the blower for the ac and heater.
How is it not working but works on high ?
And what power are you turning off that makes it blow harder ?

Blower running full power - unable to control

your high speed fan relay contacts are stuck together that power the fan, normally the selectot switch on the dash controls power to the relay for on and off,but when the contacts weld themselves together you no have control over the fan speed even with the key off,its probably under the hood in a black box marked relays and fuses, remove the relays one at a time till it kills the fan, sometimes hitting the offending relay on the ground will break the contacts loose, but still replace it

AIR CONDITIONER

On most vehicles with front and rear A/C, the two systems are basically independant of each other just sharing the compressor and condensor. It is possible that the Mode Door (controls where the air flow is sent; ie: windshield, vents, floor) is out of adjustment or sticking.
