SOURCE: what is the easiest way

disconnect the negative battery cable.
Pull the harness of the sensor.
Drain about 1/4 of the radiator fluid.
Place a rag under the sensor and use a wrench to remove and replace the sensor.

On my car, which is the same as yours, it is located on the manifold top back left. Pictures in the book just show it on top.

SOURCE: timing set up for cam gears

First make sure timing marks on crank and timing gear are pointing towards each other and in alignment. Next make sure that the camshaft gear pins are pointing down and at 90 degrees to heads. Put chains back on. Thats it. Make sure all the marks are exactly like I wrote or you will be tearing the motor back apart and doing it again.

I keep getting a trouble code e-41 in my cadillac deville, the car run but misses real bad, dies out at most inopportune times was told was cam sensor, where can i buy a new sensor?

The code is for a missing cam signal, but your car uses a distributor instead of cam and crank sensors.
The problem may be the ignition module located inside the distributor.

How do I replace the front turn signal bulb?

that's a tough one to do. Requires unscrewing bolts underneath the car to remove the entire lense assembly. Best left to a professional or a lot of time (1 or 2 hours) to undo everything and put it back.

It's inside the distributor. You need to remove the distributor, disassemble the distributor, to replace the sensor.
