Check the back of the brake pedal to insure that the switch is working properly. Lubricate the switch and return mechanism for proper operation.

Changed battery terminals and now dinging wont stop unless warning light fuse removed

It sounds like it thinks the key is still in it all the time. Try turning the key forward to the on position, but not running, so the dinging stops. disconnect the battery. Remove the key completely and reconnect the battery.

Parking light wont go out and keeps dinging

Reach down and release the parking brake at the same time pull up on the parking brake pedal. Sometimes the pedal gets bumped just enough to engage the switch indicating the brake is engaged.

'02 pontiac aztek and the break light on the dash is on and the warning dinging noise wont stop

This light also indicates other brake system problems. You can also have a park brake switch that is stuck on or damaged in some wayy, check that first.

Well my e brake light wont shut off it dings and wont stop..it caused my brakes to hit the floor and its hard to brake when driving.

you have a problem with the brake system. it could be a broken line, bad wheel cylinder etc. this will cause brakes to go all the way to the floor. that is probably why light is on. also check condition of brakes. have a good day !!

My brake light is on and it keeps ding ding dinging and its very anoying because the E-brake is off. my problem is i lost the cover for my fuse box under the dash, so i dont know what one to pull to stop...

First, do not attempt to bypass a safety related issue by pulling a fuse. The brake light and alarm signal is performing it's designed function by indicating a fault that needs to be corrected.

Check the brake system completely. The Brake fluid level sensor could be low. Now rather than just add fluid, keep in mind that the level may be low because the brakes are worn. Worn pads & shoes cause the calipers to extend which requires additional fluid, causing a "low" fluid level.

Also check to ensure the ABS sensors are OK.

under the dash at the E brake there will be a single wire should be TAN with a WHITE tracer (stripe) and a black connector disconnect that and the dinging should stop then you can replace that switch that you just disconnected
hope this helps
