Spake pluge could have gone bad, or the Spark Plug wire. Try changing all your plugs and wire and inspect the old one's. The wire could be bad do to time or may have been against the exhaust manifold and brunt. Good luck

SOURCE: random missfire barely runs
could be lots of things realy?
but id check each cylinder with a compression guage as this will give a good indication on condition & possable head gasket leak or valve trouble
Also check the fuel delivery systems

SOURCE: What does it mean when
Multiple misfire across all cylinders indicates either a systemic electrical fault such as coil or crank sensor failure or it could be that the car is running excessively lean causing a very hot ignition and spontaneous ignition (misfire) events. The lean burn could be due to a failed exhaust gas recirculation EGR valve or a blocked passageway leading to the EGR valve. Go with the crank sensor first as this is most likely not to be recorded as a separate fault code.
