SOURCE: 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Thermostat

as you face the engine the thermostat bell is on the right (drivers side) Follow the radiatoe hose. Remove the two bolts and raise the bell still attatched to the hose. the thermostat is there with the rubber seal. You can gently pry the thermostat out with a screwdriver or something similar. Put in new thermostat be sure it is the same as the old one, and then replace or change the seal (be sure it is the smae size and thickness as the old one as I got the wrong size from Napa) Then replace the bell, and tighten, but not over tighten. I hope this helps!

SOURCE: 96' pontiac grand am gt v6 relay switch for cooling fan?

It can be in one of two places, if you have an under hood fuse center it is the #12 relay in the fuse center. It may also be located under hood on the passenger side at the firewall near the heater motor.
Good luck, let me know.

Have 1992 Pontiac Grand Am radiator blew out the side and I replaced it, put in 100% antifreeze. Car still over heats, A/C and heater work fine as well as Defrost. What could be the problem?

Use a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water. Increasing the amount of antifreeze won't improve cooling. Check the rad fans, thermostat and rad cap. Are you losing coolant? Is it leaking or do you have a blown head gasket?

Change the thermostate, if that doesn't work it might need a new water pump and new hoses. Try getting the radiator flushed.

Where is the thermostat located on a 2003 grand am gt 3.4 V6

The thermostat is located just under the exhaust manifold you will see that a metal pipe leads from the water pump to where the thermostat housing is. You must to remove two screws from where this pipe meets the housing and it is a pain to do unless you remove the exhaust manifold or have small hands.

Follow the hoses leading from the radiator to the block -- upper hose first. Where the hose connects to the block there is a housing -- the thermostat is in that housing.
