Battery dead, doors won't open

Two ways to do this. You can try to jump a good battery to your car so it would have voltage to unlock, connect the ground to any good frame contact or engine block, and the other hot end to the hot wire on the starter, this may involve crawling under the car. Another way is to gain access to the hood latch and try to manually get the latch to open, you might have to remove the grill. If you can't get the latch to unlock this way, you could just remove the bolts holding the latch on to the car, and lift hood latch and all. (watch out for your latch cable, as it would probably still be connected and hood won't raise much, but just enough to unlatch the latch.

01 chrysler sebring convertible dead battery car wont unlock with key

try to reach up under the front of the car with your arm and try to locate the latch with the hood release cable attached to it. Use your fingers or plyers to manipulate the latch to release-pull on the cable. You may have to remove the grill to access it.

Where are my fuse boxes located in my 2007 chrysler pacifica

I think that they are under the hood somewhere. I know that in some cars they put them on the left side of the center console. To look for these just open the driver door and there should be a place that pops out on the left. Hope this helps

My mechanic is saying I need to replace the alternator and battery in my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. I only have 79000 miles -- isn't this a little soon for the alternator?

It is a little soon but not unheard of. If you start your vehicle and disconnect that battery does it DIE? If it does either the Alternator or the the voltage regulator is bad. If it doesn't then most likely it is just your battery, not common in one this new but surely possible.

Hi I am Vortash it is possibly a low battery in the key fob and you may need to go to a dealer to get it replaced ?.. however it sounds a little more like the fault may be in the reciever rathere than the key fob as it is not actuating all the doors .. hope this helps regards Vortash

Universal garage opener

The solution is in the owners manual. If you want to program the "homelink transmitter" in your car,you will need a remote unit for your garage door opener to do this.It is fairly easy and straightforward.I programmed my 07 Pac and it works great.Good luck!
