Ouch, Worst case sounds like if bubbling you have a head gasket problem. OR a belt broken, so the water pump is not working, or antifreeze mixture is not correct and is like "slush" instead of fluid and cannot cool properly, boiling somewhere in the engine. Idle change sounds like the broken belt or belts problem. Hopefully that all it is. Check and fix soon.
Your low on anti-freeze . The noise you here is the air and water in the system when you turn on your heater from the cool setting .. Buy some blue antifreeze rated for BMW or Mercedes. It wont harm internal parts.
Sounds like the AC water condensation drain is plugged up with leaves or a mouse nest. Remove the blower motor and at the bottom of the enclosure it sits in is a hole to drain the water, clean it out with a coat hangar.
sound's like the drain for the a/c is plugged and filling up with water. With the a/c on you should see water draining out the bottom near the passenger side. If not try running a coat hanger into the drain and clear it.
