Valve float is caused by valves not seating due to the centrifugal forces of high rpm. When rpms decrease, power will return.

First port of call would be to check the spark plugs and leads. can check leads by sticking head under hood with engine running on a dark night you will see any arc out of leads

SOURCE: Loss of power replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor

check TPS (throttle position sensor) when cold the vehicle coolant temp sensor signals to the engine control computer to push more fuel which could be causing you the extra power felt,a bad may sensor could also be an issue as well, internal distributor parts as well could be a failing fuel pump, one that "warms" up a bit and wont push as much fuel, i have actually encountered that issue a few times in my own vehicles as well as that of others

Ill answer in the generic and for GAS engines. only.
that is illegal RPM, the ECU regulates it to 800 all the time
that means the ECU can not regulate the RPM now, for many reasons.
and sure it vibrates too low, that is normal for all 4cylinders to do that.
no bad engine mounts never lower RPM to 600, ever.
they dont control idle speed at all.
the #1 reason for most cars to idle too low are:
1: EGR leaks, (clean it)
2: ISC stuck closed (electric idle speed acututor dirty) clean it.
3: gross misfiring , caused by bad spark or bad fuel mix.
4: low compression on 1 or more cylinders (real low) Do compression test at WOT. throttle.

Tip

Loss in engine power, sluggish responses, low top speed, etc.

If your car has
  1. Poor fuel responses
  2. Lost its "power"
  3. Low RPM
  4. Lower top speed
  5. Burns a lot of fuel
Then it could be because of carbon build-ups in your engine's combustion chamber. This is left behind with unburned fuel. It causes poor acceleration, a loss in power, lower top speed, and burns more fuel than it really has too. Not to mention causes smoke belching.

The best way to get rid of that would be to have a carbon ridding solution injected into the combustion chamber. The solution will liquify the carbon and other build-ups, which would then restore the "power" of your car. You'll get better acceleration, higher rpm and top speed, save fuel, etc. have a mechanic do it for you. It's alot cheaper and faster than having the engine overhauled (overhaul could trigger "loose compression").

Engine misfires at high rpm no code

Bad ignition coils will make the truck act like this. Also low fuel pressure.

1994 Camaro rough oepration and reduced power

I have a 94, and mine ran rough until I had a new computer control chip put in. The dealer doesnt sell then anymore, so you would need to get a reconditioned one (is that the right word?) from an auto parts store. I had to get this done twice because the first one was bad so they swapped it out. There was one more thing the former owner did to fix a rough run situation, I will post it when I find the receipt. Also, it smoothed out even more when I changed out the motor mounts. WAY less vibration. I love to drive this car now!

Hi i would like to ask you .that i try to adjust the idle speed but now when i turn on the head light the engine start vibration why?

When you turn on the headlight, extra energy is being drawn from the alternator. As a result, the alternator gives more resistance to the engine thus it will "eat" up some of the rpm. Raise the rpm level, my engine's (ga13ds) recommended rpm is 1,000 to 1,100 I think. Just try the range from 800 to 1,100 rpm, set it so that the engine will not vibrate so much when most of the electrical components are running (aircon/heater, all the other lights). Also, please consider the power steering, to do this-turn your wheel from left to right while the electrical components are on to make sure that the engine can handle it even without idling it.

Bad vibration engine trans under load

seems your problem is within your clutch, defective part, usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours, but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops, point to clutch!
