Question about 1992 Lexus Es 300

Strange noise from rear of car

So I just bought a 1992 lexus es300. There is a weird noise coming from the rear of the car when I drive. I thought that the exhaust was loose but when I tried to move it it would not budge. The noise is like a muffled bumping. While under the car I noticed that it looked like the tires were rubbing the rear shocks. There is a small mark all the way around the tires that is telling me that it is rubbing and I can see it. I have on what looks like factory wheels because they have the lexus logo on the hubcap. I have p225/60r16 tires on them and I am wondering if this is the wrong size tire of if the camber is off. If you have any other ideas please gimmie a hint.

Yes, I would have to agree that it is a wheel bearing if the noise is only coming from the left side. Not uncommon on this year and model.
