Could be your pump is leaking or where pump goes into container,a rubber fitting is in the inlet and pump part goes thru rubber part to seal,it could be worn and leaking,you will have to remove container and pump to exam.

Either replace the washer bottle or pull the pump and replace the pump some cases has had a pump leaking around the seal or a cracked pump due to adding water in the fluid bottle, never add water it will freeze and pop the pump
