You can tune it up every day if you want to but you only need to do a major tune up about every 80K miles. It is good to give everything a "once over" at least once every two months...check the coolant level, air filter, hoses, drivebelt etc and clean / replace as needed and make sure there is nothing obvious that needs attention. Most important is to regularly check the oil level and change it when necessary. I use synthetics as they reduce friction (wear) and last longer than conventional lubricants.

Hi there: The P0700 code is stored in the ECM and just tell you that there is a code in the TCM (Transmission Controller), that is the P0888. DTC P0888 is telling you that the Transmission Relay output is always off; in this link can checl the Diag Chart for that code, this coul help...
First I suggest complete trans flusing procedure done, and a transmission fluid modifier added at the same time. You might have a sticking valve in the valve body, and the flushing procedure may help that out if true. If not, you may still have a sticking valve in the valve body.
