Fuse location for 2005 maxima SL

Most fuse boxes are either under the dash to the left of the brake pedal, under the hood (either side) near the front or on the side of the dash on the drivers side....(open the door).

I hear a thumping noise from the left front wheel that disappears when braking.

You might get that wheel off of the ground and try to rock or wiggle the wheel. Sometimes a failing bearing will be quieted when the wheel is stressed by braking.
I would also crank the steering hard left and right while moving at better-than-walking speed in an empty parking lot to see if the noise is constant regardless of direction; if not, that too would point to a bearing with a pit.

Right tire pressed to the left and car wont move

You will need the car towed to a body shop or at least a general auto repair shop to inspect what is damaged. Get your Insurance company involved. thats why you have insurance.

Scraping sound at very low speed (5MPH)

I have personally seen a lot of wheel bearings go bad on these vehicles. If you hear the noise get more pronounced when turning left, the right front (passenger side) bearing is most likely the culprit- if turning right, it would be the left front (driver side) bearing.

Hope this is helpful!!
