SOURCE: injector pump
These things are easy to time. Just line up the scribe mark on the pump to the scribe mark on the timing cover and that's it. The pump only bolts to to the drive gear one way because of a dowel. One tip if your not already aware, leave the injector lines attached to the pump for removal and install, it will make life easier.

One of my favorite places is http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/vehiclewiring/1/yeard/Chevrolet.html however , I still have to refer to my FRSMs (Factory Reprinted Service Manual) from International/Navistar. You can contact your local dealership for the manuals for your truck or you might try http://www.midnighttrucking.com/ or http://www.binderbulletin.org or http://www.binderplanet.com or http://www.oldihc.org/ or quite possibly even http://www.yesterdaystruck.com/
Good luck and keep binderin' on.

Any parts store could find the part and part number. Sorry, I don't have a diagram. You might check with the dealership. They should be able to give you a one or two page copy of the system.
