With out a doubt WYNNS radiator stop leak is the best on the market. Not only does it stop the leak but will continue to work if you get another in the future. it just keeps working. It will NOT clog your radiator. It is compatable with all Coolants

SOURCE: where is the radiator cap located on 2001 Saturn SW2?

Your system does not have a cap on the radiator. It is a 'sealed system' with the reservoir holding pressure. This is not so much an 'overflow' tank like some systems, but an expansion tank.

You can add the stop leak directly into the tank.

My 1983 ford ranger 2.8 litre has oil in the water but no water in the oil

Check your oil cooler lines, they have possibly leaked into the radiator and got into the coolant. I would check the flanges of the cooler lines that go into the radiator. If you don't find a leak anywhere then your head gasket is blown and you'll eventually see water in your oil. A leak down test will confirm the status of your head gasket.

1988 ford ranger poured out white from under the hood after overheating i know the radiators cracked what could be the problem

Could be a leaking radiator and a broken water pump: not enough water-> hot -> steam -> high pressure : blows the weakest component.

Radator leak has a hole in it water is running out when you shut the car off

Most auto parts have stop leak for radiators, the recommendation is that you empty the radiator of coolant, pour the stop leak in the radiator and then fill with water. then run engine until it gets hot, there is a catalyst like liquid glass in the stop leak that expands with heat, but as it flows out any hole will turn soild, and stop the leak.once the leak is stopped and the car cools down, drain the water and fill with the proper level of coolant. but if the hole is to big may require some repair from a radiator shop. good luck!

Small hole in bottom of radiator drips

There are products out there like stop leak that MIGHT stop the radiator leak. However... the only real repair is either to have it soldered (if the end caps are not plastic) or replace the radiator all together.

Adding a product like "Stop Leak" most often starts to introduce other problems to your vehicle like a future water pump seal failure or clogs in the smaller water passages in the engine block, heads and manifolds and the thermostat heater bypass hole. Anyone that has ever done any major engine repairs will know immediately if stop leak was used in a cooling system.

The best fix is to replace the radiator.

Many radiators today can not be repaired

Stop leak is in most any auto parts store. Just be advised of what you can expect down the road.

specifically

1. warmer than usual engine operating temps
2. water pump seal failure
3. heatrer core clog (no heat)
4. passenger heat control temp valve clog (no heat)
The choice is yours. Personally I would not do the "Stop Leak" treatment attempt. Sometimes it works other times it does not.

Heater blows cold air. I have replaced thermostat,

Not an expert by any means, but i know my ranger.. I had a small leak at the top of my radiator that still cooled the engine but didnt have enough pressure to get to the heater. The heater hoses travel up over the engine and just were not gettin anything to my heater core. That or make sure the heater control valve is operating.

2.3l ranger keeps overheating, been through two radiators already.

Hello Ranger Joe, eight months and two radiators is very uncommon. Question, Have you visually confirmed the leak in the radiators or is the leak near the hose connections? Replacing the radiator, cap, water pump, & the thermostat leaves only two others, the hoses and the engine block/heads. Far fitched will be something or somebody poking holes in the radiator.
