Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
I installed new battery and alternator still have no power
Check to make sure there is power at the large wire on the back side of the alternator, Unplug the small connector and hook up a volt meter on the dark green with orange wire. you should see 12+ volts momentarily when you turn the key to the run position. Start the vehicle and make sure there is 12 volts at that that wire. The other wire is the field control from the pcm.
Is it a new alternator? where did you purchase it?
