1995 sentra's are notorious for being pieces of shyte. Maby try and sell it to an old bag and put some "electrical tape over the warning light, hint, hint". Tell her the surging is a super charger and it can be easily removed. your wellcome
First make sure all of the tires have at least 35 psi in them. The warning light comes on at 27.5 psi and goes off at above 33.5 psi. So make sure that you have the required 35 psi first. Once you have that, drive the vehicle a short distance the light should go out. If the light does not go out you can take it to the dealer to have them re-activate your sensors. Most tire shop have this tool also.
the problem is the park interlock safety mechanism is sticking,( keeps u from shifting out of park unless the brake is pressed) it has nohing to do with restarting the engine several times. Check and verify the brake lights work is the first thing to do.
car is going into limp mode or you have a issue with the stock sercurity system. You will need a consult II to find out why the ses light is comming on. There is also a manual procedure but you have to count the light blinking in a pattern. its easier to go to auto zone and have them check the code.
