If it is a older jag the wipers probably run off vacume so as it warms up the vacume gets better you may have a vacume leak.

Can you getting into some place above 32f or 0c? If so do. Let it warm up and see if it helps. The grease maybe to thick in the transmission of the wipers two there could be ice or snow packed around the unit.
If it was doing it when it was warmer check the units ground.

i try this before, you can try this, you need to remove the negative battery for 5minutes and return, and try to use the wiper again, if still does not work, check your fuse/relay for the wiper.

I have a 2005 S-type 4.5 Jaguar and when it get cold it either won't start or difficulty in starting. What's the problem

Cold weather affects the amperage output on your battery. Chemical reactions increase with temperature and slow down with cold temps. The battery is a chemical reaction greatly affected. Some people have to replace the battery in severely cold weather. Well, at least now you know the cause. I recommend keeping a back up warm battery or purchase one of those aftermarket solar panels that hook on top of the door glass to keep your battery fresh. I think Performance Products carries it. Well, good luck.

Check the fuse and if it's ok, then the windshield wiper motor may be bad.

Driver side windshield wiper, does not work, after a long cold night, it first moved slow, then stop moving altoghter. I can move it by self, will not move with the other wiper.

The wiper arm stripped out. pop the cover off the base of the wiper then take the nut off. You should use a small 2 jaw puller or even a well placed prybar to force it off. Take a look at the base and the arm to see if one or both of these stripped the splines out.

Hi

Sounds to me like the "parking" contacts inside the wiper motor have broken off / worn.
Needs to remove wiper moter / dismantle to inspect. (On some models you can purchase these contacts.)

I have a 1995 Mercedes C280 and the windshield wiper works fine for about 10 minutes and then it goes very slow as if it is hanging up in the middle of the wipe of the windshield? What do I do to fix it?

You need to remove the cover at the base of the blade and oil or grease the mecanism that makes the wiper move up and down and it moves across the windshield. It is dried out and sticking.
