Question about 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT
If it overheats - check the radiator that it is getting hot. it's possible the thermostat has failed and is not opening alowing it to cool properly. Replace it if it has failed.
Check that you are not using water/ coolant, or have a leak.
If there is no leak, but you are loosing coolant, first check the oil level - if it reads very high - suspect coolant is getting into the oilways.Or if there is oil in the coolant - it really needsa new head gasket.
