I didn't know Mercedes Benz had a wall clock. If the clock was on the wall there should be a wheel at the back, when you turn it it will change the time, if you are talking about the clock in the car then the model and year would come in handy in answering the question
If your car have the command you must set all the clock function on command take the owner manual an read how to do it all the information in the owner manual if don't have the command, First
ignition on, then have a look on steering wheel you have two
multifunction switch group on your steering at left and right, get mileage display on press up page key on left switch group, keep eye on instrument cluster
display then get setting menu and press up arrow key on same switch group,
then use up and down arrow keys to select time and now
you have to operate right hand switch group + or - key for increase or
decrees time.adjust the time or date you need then then again up arrow key next step will appear time setting will set your time format,
The clock has to be set through the comand unit/radio. Push the SERV button on the comand, then go to SETTINGS, then TIME AND DATE. and set the time and date, *note* you will probably have to drive the car to pick up sattilites. and gps position.
