    although the help i received was apprecated it was misleading ,my headlight relay is on the inside fuse box,not the outside as i was told. and the proplem i encounterd has 3 possible causes not 2 soulution was the daytime running light module

Running lights on 97 grand cherokee ( Canadian model)


Hi Ted:
On 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee MFI the Fuel Filter is located as part of the fuel pressure regulator assembly which is located on the fuel pump module.The fuel pump module is located on top of the fueltank.

I replaced the left side power window switch from a different jeep. and now my keyless remote doesn't work? jow do i get it to work?


test battery of your remote controller. then check connection just you did. if lock electronics/window are out of order antitheft system probably wont be allowing remote control to lock doors properly

Change fuel filter and air filter. If that doesn;t help you may have a fuel transfer pump pressure problem.

Work good but every 3 or 2 days cut off when is runing 97 jeep grand cherokee


i had this problem and found that the injector system for the fuel was going bad and would only happen every now and then.
