I have verified that there is 5 volts at the plug to the Map sensor. Thanks for the reply. I am scared that it is the PCM. Thank You

If there is not a vacuum leak it seems that the signal wire to the MAP is either open or shorted to 5 volt reference wire. if not either of those may be the PCM

My car starts and runs fine but idle it will sound like its cammed out like crazy it spits and sputters only at idle and every sensor has been replaced already

The best bet would be to bring it to O'Reily and let them hook there diagnostic tool to see which codes are popping up on the screen. Process of elimination. It could be a fuel filter, fuel pump, erg valve, timing mechanism failing, pcv valve clogged, map sensor, etc. Good luck!

Engine missing out, spitting and sputtering

the problem you describe indicates a air/fuel ratio problem so I would be looking at any hoses that may have perished, MAP/MAF sensors and coil problems. If it is possible then get a fault code reading as it will save money from "guess" repairing

Starts hard runs rough

When I worked at the dealer we had bad map sensors on those Jeeps. Check for codes first. Don't change the sensor until you check it out.
