Hey just a thought..If you have an ammeter on the dash, and it's not working, you'll need to either replace the unit or repair those cables going to it....accordianman

Did you check the voltage into the alternator should be 12.5v dc at all times and when on there should be around 14.5v dc going out. if no power out but power in you need to replace the alternator. or if your feeling frisky you can take it apart and buy a rebuild kit from for around 30. 90% of alternator failure is due to faulty brushes and they come in the kit. good luck and i hope i helped

1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager won't start, fuel pump runs for about 1/2 second when you turn on the key

The power control module sends signal to the fuel pump relay, it gets it's signal from the pick up coil in the distributor and the crankshaft position sensor. I'm having the same issues with my 94 Jeep Wrangler

I put in a new clutch in my 94 Wrangler 4.0. now no spark

Wow. That's weird. I had a problem once where taking out the rear crossmember, then lowering the transmission tail shaft cracked the distributor cap against the firewall.

Look for something at the rear of the engine that might have gotten pinched when you too the tranny off.

94 wrangler 4.0 just stalls wont start 4 about 10-15min then starts runs about 20 miles then dead again with no power to coil

The other possibility is a simple to fix but hard to find bad connector. There should be a yellow wire running from the coil to the ACC junction to the ignition switch, check for power there and clean any connections.

Pcm trouble codes.

You can either use a auto scan tool to clear the code's, or you can unplug the battery negative cable, if you have a anti-theft system you may have problem's after disconnecting the battery?

94 jeep wrangler overheating

Have the cooling system pressure tested. If it holds pressure, that's a good thing. If it doesn't hold pressure, you may have a leaking head gasket. What may be happening is the crack in the head gasket could be blowing hot air into the cooling system causing it to overheat.
