Are you looking to remove the whole assembly or just the actual glass part?
You can usually remove the assembly by first removing the inside door panel to access the mounting bolts and removing the attached wire harness (if you have power mirrors), but the glass is not usually meant to be removed without special tools. I found that out the hard way.
