Need to know where the window washer motor is located in a 99 kia sephia

Motor is located in the bottom of the wiper fluid resevoir tank. The tank must be removed to replace the motor. Usually they are removed through the wheel well from under the fender. Wheel removal and splash guard inside wheel well also. The motor itself is quite small, slightly larger than a 'D' size battery. Replacement is very easy once the tank is off, just a clip and a hose.....Mike

I need to locate the motor for the windshield washer fluid. It is full but not working. You hear nothing when trying it. Where is it located?

It is usually contained in the lower part of the washer fluid tank. Remove the tank and you will discover a two-wire lead going to the motor.

Motor running in the back of an 89 gta 5.7 t.p.i.

The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank which is in the rear of the car. It's powered by an electric motor. Check the owner's manual for location of fuses and relays. Some are located under the hood (either on the fender or firewall), others are under the dashboard (near your left foot), on the side of the dashboard (look for cover on side of dashboard with driver's door open) or even inside the glove compartment (if you have one). That sound of a motor running is normal, and may be louder if the tank is close to empty.
