I would pull plugs from each cylinder see what is not firing. You may need new coil if any of the cylinders are not getting spark. Also animals this time of year need warm places to sleep squirls love to eat plug wires.

My 1990 pontaic tran sport slalls after driving i

If it only warms up to operating temperature and dies check the EGR Valve. It should be open within 10 minutes or so. If not the engine will die out although it will start after the engine cools down again

97 Pontiac Trans Sport. Turn signal problem

verify the ground wire is good, black wire, its down on the frame rail, opposite of the air filter housing, if thats OK, it, could be the turn signal switch. but the wires go from the turn signal switch, through the Daytime Running Lights Module, through the fuse panel under the hood, then to the light socket. wire is light blue / white coming out of turn signal switch to DRL module, then its light blue all the way to the socket.

there is a fuel leak somewhere, you need to find it asap and not drive the car, fire potential with any fuel leak.

Sounds like the torque converter clutch is locked up. Do you know if you have a three speed or four speed trans?
