I checked the fuse and it is ok what else could it be?

  • brawnerb Jan 09, 2009

I checked the power and it was ok. I then removed the cluster and couldn't find anything wrong so I reinstalled it and everything started to work. It must have been a loose connection.

    Thanks

Fuse for the instrument panel is possibly blown. Check your owners manual for the proper location of the fuse. If you do not have a manual they are available online in PDF version.

If the fuse is good. Make sure there is power going through the fuse and if so you might simply have a cluster that is either unplugged or bad.

Everthing on my dash (speedometer,odometer,fuel

Blown Fuse or fried Circuit board. Take to a local AutoZone, Advance, Murray's, O'reillys or a similar part house for them to check the wiring. I'm assuming the van does not use a mechanical Speedometer or Fuel Gauge.

On the plus side, with no speedometer, your indicated odometer mileage does not increase. Just keep your speed down and your tank full. Kidding, just kidding.
