My blower on my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country quit woking today! I don't hear the fan working either. The back heater is blowing air but nothing in the front on cold or hot. We did check the coolant and it was very low, could this have damged something?

I had the exact problem that bvillerogers had. I also did the same repair he talks about and it works like a charm. The unit I bought from Auro Zone costs $19.25. It is not hard to replace or I would not have been able to do it, but I was proud of myself. That was two days ago and everything is working fine. It is the Front Blower Motor Resistor, which is a unit. I has a thermal fuse in it that goes bad. Very simple repair. Bozo

The same thing happened to me. I replaced the blower resistor, and everything is back to normal. This is something that is easy to replace it is located behind the glovebox. There is two elec. connections and two screws to remove. Put in the new one and your done. You do have to purchace the part at the dealer though. I think I payed about $25.
Hope this helps

Rear A/C does not work. it will not come on, front works fine but rear does not do anything, front driver control turned to rear pass operation NADA,front control turned for driver control NADA, cannot...

since you know where the blower motor relay is for the rear, have someone turn on the switch while you touch the relay. if you feel a click then the relay is good an trying to turn the rear blower on. that would mean you have a bad blower motor or bad blwer motor resistor for the rear unit.

Front vents don't want to blow air - new battery

Changing the blower motor resistor will solve the problem of the unchanging fan speeds and the blower motor having power when the ignition is turned to the off position. Beware that there are three different kinds of blower motor resistors. There is a manual, automatic, and a digital that in appearance is greatly different from the first two. The blower motor resistor is located on the passenger side below and behind the glove box. The kick-plate under the glove box will need to be removed by two screws and wha-la, behold is the motor and resistor.
