Toyota Lucida 1995 sliding door mechanism

The sliding door on my toyota lucida is locked and cannot open it from inside or outside.

to engage the glow plugs you have to put your foot right down on the gas pedal,then release.
they changed the system to the doors opening/closing for the european/USA market

Gear lever stuck on '96 Toyota Lucida Estima


Automati Estimas have a safety device that locks the gear lever in 'park' until the brake pedal is pressed. Turn on the ignition and check that the brake lights are working, as the lock works on the same circuit. There may be a problem with the wiring to the lock mechanism
