On your cooling system you are going to have 2 hoses the upper hose on the top of the radiator and a return hose that's on the bottom of the radiator.If you follow the upper hose it should be connected to a small housing that the hose is connected to.Remove the hose and housing which will expose the thermostat.
Follow the lower radiator hose to the motor the housing should be at the end of hose, drain coolant disconect hose and unscrew bolts hold thermostat housing then tap with rubber mallet or pry with a screw driver to remove the housing
