Question about Toyota Corolla
Go to an Autozone parts store and have them run a free diagnostic on it. Once you know what the problem is you can call your dealer and ask if it is covered under your powertrain warranty. Some items will be covered and some won't. Might be as simple as the gas cap wasn't tightened properly which all you have to do with that is disconnect the battery cables for a few minutes and it should clear the light. If the light comes back or stays on then it is something else. Good luck.
