Question about 1992 Mercedes-Benz 190
I drove the car to pick up my son from the baby sitters - when I came out to leave it would not start. It is not the battery or starter.
We tried the router and cap . Any ideas! Could it be the timing chain/belt
Check for spark.....disconnect one of the spark plugs and place a new one in the rubber sleeve.......ground the electrode and have someone turn the car over...look for spark .....
check fuel pump.....have someone under the back of the car when you try to start it.....they should hear the fuel pump cut on and off....OR spray some starting fluid directly into the intake, if it briefly starts, its a fuel issue.....
