Question about 1997 BMW 328
I need to reset the radio in 1998 318i. I don't have the code
Call your nearest bmw dealer and ask for the code. most of the time if you talk to them right they will help you out..

You will have to take the car to the dealer. upon showing proof of ownership they can retrieve the code. if you know the dealer that sold the car new they may have it on file. if not they will have to remove the radio and use the serial number off it to go onto their computer database to get it. I think its really silly to have security codes on factory radios.

Sounds like you are gonna have to go down to you local dealership with all the proper verification and have them pull up the code.
