I changed the battery on my toyota echo and now the radio/cd asking for pin number i dont have

    no on both counts the card is misplaced, lost.. toyota want $120.00 to give us the pin number if we sent the radio to them.

    there has to be another way , i mean who would want to steal it, it doesnt even play mp3,s

    If u don't have the radio code card that came with the car there is no other way, sorry.

    the PIN number was supplied to u when th car was new, it was with the owners manual packet, it is unique to your car, and it is meant to deter theft, if u don't have it u will need to pull the radio out and record the serial number and model number of the radio, go to a Ford dealer and they can get this info off the Ford On-line Information Service

If you have the service books there should be a card with the code. if you dont you need to go to a toyota dealer the can give you the code they need full details of car

when you go to the parts store you will give them the make year and model number they will provide you with the correct battery. most parts stores carry a fine battery for your vehicle. dont buy a cheapo battery. you want to be able to depend on the battery. hope this helps

2003 Toyota Echo radio/clock not working.

Disconnect your negative battery cable for about 10min. After you re-connect, the stereo should reset itself and start functioning. Best of luck!

Toyota Echo Radio Code Help - 2000 Model

Go into Toyota and take your registration with some form of Picture ID and for a fee they will be able to get you the code for that radio. Good Luck
