Thats because the air duct has a hole in it that is allowing outside air to low through it.

Fuel tank problem driver side full passenger side dry

if your talking about large saddle tanks, wow I see this happen a lot this time of year on my trucks , the cross over lines find the one drop of water that was in the bottom of the tank , and it freezes solid !! the fix is simple , park it inside a heated garage for the night , the ice melts and fuel goes over to other tank , don't forget to treat the fuel tank with deicer to get water out of the tank or it'll clogg up the works again that day !!
im allways harping on my drivers this time of year , drain the water traps after you park em !!!! ,all of them !!

Auxiliary fan not kicking on (it has 2 fans, the driver's side cooling fan and the passenger side fan that runs intermittently that comes on when a/c or when heat is set to defrost setting stopped com

It won't cause any overheating, that fan is only suppose to come on when the a/c is on. Since it's cold, it's not going to come on because the engine has at least 2 sensors that tell the temp and it can see it's not needed. Now, if you turn it on during the summer and it doesn't come on and your a/c doesn't work, you may have blown the relay or your a/c may be low/out.

Heating, AC and vent problem

The actuator door that is behind the dash that closes off the heater core from shooting hot air thru the vents might be your problem. When you turn on your ac the actuator shuts the door to prevent the air from flowing thru the heater core into the cabin, this may be your problem if everything else is working properly. Let us know.

My heat works only on passenger side and is not very hot at all. But the other day the vent on drivers side near the window worked just for that day...sometimes the heat on passengers side is extreme

I would talk to a dealer or two.
You could have a damaged heater box or blend door. The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and the vents.
There was a recall for some blend doors on some Jeep models.
You may have to contact factory customer service to get it fixed.

Heat on drivers side but not on passengers side

Have to remove the seat & replace the blower

The dealers usually have seat people that come in
one day a week after the service bays close, like 5:30
to 8:30 at night

Could be a seat control module or other
neat little semi conductors hidding in the back of the seat

Need pro scan software to get enhanced codes

A repair shop may do seat work, would be cheaper

Cooling system problems are easy to fix as there really is only a few things that actually regulate the temp. Your thermostat is more than likely stuck half open. That would explain why its ok at night but not during the day.

Do your cooling fans come on? If they do and seem to be at least trying to do their job my solution would indeed be your best bet. Make sure your fans come on when the temp gets high, otherwise you may have a bad fan relay.
