I just bought a 2004 Cadillac CTS without navagation and can not figure out how to set the clock. Owner's manual doesn't offer solution.

This worked on my 04 CTS. This is a CTS without the GPS.

1) Turn key to On or Accy
2) Wait for the radio/clock display to load up.
3) Push the Tune/Select button at the lower right of the radio display. Nothing will appear to change.
4) There is a button to the right of the radio diplay with two horizontal lines on it. Push the lower of the two horizontal lines. The clock set option should appear.
5) Turn the Tune/Select button until the time is correct.
6) Push the Tune/Select button to lock the time in.

Hope this helps.
Don

The shift indicator as been pushed in so how do i open the floor console without breaking something?

Hi, I'm not familiar with your car, but I copied the procedure below from autozone.com. Thanks for using FixYa!

Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Apply the parking brake.
  3. Reposition the transaxle shift lever to the LOW position.
  4. Remove the console trim plate using the following procedure:
    1. Pull the trim plate upwards, starting at the front and working back to release the tabs at the retainers.
    2. Detach the electrical connectors from the driver's seat heater switch, if equipped.
    3. Remove the trim plate from the vehicle.

  5. Remove the rubber mat from the storage compartment in the console. Remove the screws from the storage compartment.
  6. Remove the screws from the console mounting bracket at the rear of the transaxle shifter lever.
  7. Remove the screws from the forward edge of the console.
  8. Detach the electrical connectors and pull the console rearward to release the tabs from the retainers in the instrument panel. Remove the console from the vehicle.
  9. Installation is the reverse of the removal process. Align the console over the transaxle shifter and position the console tabs to the retainers in the instrument panel. Press the console forward into the retainers until fully seated. Use care to align the console with the mounting brackets.
  10. Once the console is installed, return the transaxle shift lever to PARK. Release the parking brake.
  11. Connect the negative battery cable.

What is the T/C button for in the glove box of a 2003 CTS cadillac?

This button is for the traction control, when you push it it will say trac off or trac on . this will be displayed on the dash, this is for better traction on snow or wet roads and it keeps the wheels from spinning out, hope this helps, look in your manual under traction control, good luck.

Shifter is about 1/4" "out"

sadly, and perhaps dangerously, you need to make the adjustment inside the console.  Perhaps the dealer can xerox an exploded view.

If there is not a 1 2 on the door arm above the window switchs then you do not have memory seats.
