Honda Civic 2001 Radio Code

Hi, could you help me please, I need to get the code for my honda civic 2001 coupe ex, the vin # is 1HGEM21921L114232, and the serial of the radio is 2207 9210.

we got the car used and it never came with the code. it worked the first 2 months without ever asking for a code and now it wont give me my cd.

HAVE TO FIND OUT WHY MY 2003-2005 HONDA CIVIC RADIO DOES NOT WORK. REMOVE BATTERY LAST WEEK AND RECODED THE RADIO. WORK FOR A FEW DAYS AND IS DEAD TO THE WORLD. HOW CAN I TAKE THE RADIO/CD UNIT OUT OF THE DASHBOARD WITH EASE. HOW CAN I TAKE THE RADIO/CD OUT AND IN ?

Alot owners ask about this "unlock code", I just repeat my answer... this is one unique code for each vehicle, then you need visit your dealer to know what code if for your VIN.

Hi:
The only way to get the radio code is from your Honda dealer. THis is an anti-theft issue, and you must have your VIN number to get the code. Often it is written down in the cover of your owner's manual too!

Honda civic sound system reset code

Hi:
You can get the code only from a Honda dealer. You need the VIN number off the Honda, and the service department can look it up for you. Of course, you need to do this in person. It is for anti theft purposes, and that way, theives just cant steal your radio, and call the dealer and get the code. Once you get it, write it down somewhere , but not in your car!
