This is the sensor located at the front of the car that reads outside temperature. Quite often turbocharged vehicles use this measurement along with engine sensors to calculate safe boost pressure relative to conditions

It's probably not the fuse... but the main fuse box is under the front passenger carpet/mat

I have a 2002 maserati spyder, wanted to do my own oil change and wanted to know if there was any special procedures?


Take it to a car guy you trust and have them do the easy stuff like oil, fluids, and other minor things but the major stuff like belt's and tune-up's and a new clutch every 25,000 miles plus all that nwe computer tech stuff you need a MASERATI (master) to keep that beast ready for battle!!! Cool-Car MAN can't wait untill I buy one my self...

Man I'm sorry but these spyder tops are the most worthless thing I have seen. What a joke. Going to get mind fixed and get rid of this pc of **** car. What a joke.

How do I reset the outside temperture gauge


you can't reset it. Try replacing the sensor.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Removal and Installation
  1. Remove the radiator grille. For additional information, refer to Section 501-08 .
  1. Remove the three upper pin-type retainers in the radiator air deflector.
  1. Position forward the air deflector.
  1. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor.
    1. Detach the pin-type retainer.
    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    • Remove the ambient air temperature sensor.

4.5 Quarts or so, just put in 3 then check it after you add more.

Engine management problem


more likely throttle body problem. instead of paying maserati $6k for new one which will have sae fault after 6 months, email me as I recondition them at 1/3 of the price.
