Question about 2004 Ford Freestar
Why do I hear a slight rattle (right side of engine) when I turn on the A/C? Noticed it about 3 weeks ago. When I turn the A/C off, rattle goes away. I've got 53,000 miles on it...
Some noise from the AC pump is normal, but if the noise is changing or gets worse then the pump is probable going bad and will need serviced or replaced.

Vehicle is still under US warranty - Take to Authorized Hyundai Service Department & have it diagnosed/repaired under warranty (was this vehicle in an accident?... if so, contact Insurance agent for proper instructions).
