On what the DATC Panel? (heat,a/c,etc)

You will need a scan tool, not a code reader
& factory diagnostic charts to follow, to even
get close to that problem

Sorry I wasn't more clear. Only the drivers side door controls. Windows, mirrors and strangely the radio won't turn off when you turn off the truck and open the door.

My passenger side power window will not go down. The motor is going (works), switch was replaced. I tested the wires going to the motor and it's getting power. The really odd part is it randomly works...

Could be the driver side switch. there is a power pass thru in the driver controls that if the contacts get corroded will start to cause slow and intermittent operation. Measure the voltage at the motor while actuating both the driver and passenger controls for the problem window. Also, while actuating the passenger side switch, jiggle the driver control switch to see if any change can be affected.

No, you haven't missed anything I can think of, but the fact that it was intermittent, then permanent tells me that somewhere therein lies the answer. I admittedly don't know anything at all about "the orange light control relay", but it seems that if that's the problem it would probably affect both sides. Sorry I can't be more help. . .

Could be that the hvac control module has an intermittent problem or the air mix door control for the passenger side is sticking. Check for error codes (DTCs) using a code scanner, but may not show an intermittent mechanical issue. If you can get at the air mix control on the hvac box under the dash on the passenger side, you may be able to check its operation.

Death wobble

Check your track bar (panhard bar as some call it). It goes from the driver side frame to the passenger side axle (not from the steering box, but close to it). Have engine running, and turn steering wheel back and forth. If driver side of bar (frame side) moves up and down while steering wheel changes direction of rotation, replace it. Good luck.
