Take it to an alternator/battery shop, they will usually do a free check. It may also be a bad cell in the battery, causing it to slowly discharge.

The easiest solution is to purchase a battery shut off switch. You can buy them at fleet farm, or an auto parts store. It basically just interupts the flow of electricity from the batter. The bad thing is that you have to hit the switch before you start your car, and after your done driving. But its cheap and alot easier than tracking down faulty electrical components.
