With key in "on" position, but pickup not started, press the "SET" button and the "channel up" button (aka "TUNE +"). "SET" appears in radio window.

Now the "SEEK" button will increment hours and the "SCAN" button will increment minutes.

Once correct time is set, press "SET" button again to get out of clock set mode. "SET" will disappear from radio window.

    or try this...

Turn your ignition to Acc, turn off your radio, hit the set button, use your seek button for hours and your scan button for seconds, once you set the time hit set again to save changes.
