I wasn`t trying to be a smart *** if you can`t find your plugs I dont know how much you know about a 318/360! so I asked u what i thought was a legitimate question. your plugs should be between the runners of your exhaust manifold have you found them yet?

  • grumble f Jan 10, 2009

if you do not know what exhaust manifolds are (because the spark plugs are between the runners of the manifolds) then apparently you are too ******* stupid to even open your hood. Take it to someone who has an I.Q. of more than 5 *******.Now erase your arrogant comment.

Spark plug socket dont fit dodge ram

I think your vehicle takes a 15mm or 16mm socket. Normal spark plug wrench will not work. Visit your local Parts Store for more information. Have them show you a replacement plug for your truck and see what socket fits it.
Good Luck.

How to change sparks plugs on a 5.7 1500 dodge ram?

There are 2 plugs per cylinder, so you will need 16 all together. The spark plugs are located under the coil packs, remove the coils and the plugs are at the bottom of the spark plug tubes. On the earlier modes of the 5.7 one plug is under the coil and the other is connected by a spark plug wire, but yours should be the newer version where they are under the coils only
