We replaced the fuel filter about 2-3 weeks ago after my car began stalling and the RPM's began to run higher and even ran a batch of fuel filter/system cleaner through and it helped for about a day. At first when it began stalling again it was only doing it once a day/every other day. Now it is stalling just about everytime I start it unless I am parked on a hill. And the sparks and plugs are only a few months old, maybe 3 or 4 months. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Hard to start and stall at higher RPM. So you are stalling at load. What the engine needs at higher RPM and load is more fuel. The fuel pressure at idle should be at 30 psi to 45 psi. A plugged fuel filter will also do this. so you need to address the fuel pump and filter
my only guess is a vacuum hose leak. possibly a loose air filter housing, or the mass air flow sensor. look for any hoses unplugged. if nothing is noticed, try cleaning out your fuel system. if that doesnt solve it, then it would be something an experienced mechanic would have to come and examine it personally.
i dont know i am having a similar problem with my 91 olds cutlass calais its a 2.5 l 4 cyl and i can drive it and it only happens a couple times a week but the RPM gauge goes crazy and the car stalls out it starts right back up but when i put it back into either reverse or drive the rpm does same thing and car stalls ive had it to 5 mechanics they cant figure it out...im hoping to get help on here
