Sounds like you have a dead short in your system. Best to take it to the dealer and let them throw a breakout box on it. Problem being is that when it's working fine they won't be able to find the problem. It could get to be very costly for you if they can't find it right away.

Why would my heater blow out cool air when sitting still and then hot air when going down the road and then it's not all that hot

Try flushing or blowing high pressure air through the heater core lines. its sludge build up and need to be flushed through heater core only. check antifreeze fluid level. only put in straight antifreeze, do not mix. most people do not know what mixture should be, so be safe and add straight, it will not hurt it, i run 100% straight antifreeze and never had a problem or worry about it ever freezing and cracking my block, heads or radiator cracking.

The 120 amp main fuse keeps blowing in my 2001 mazda tribute

Blowing this fuse is usually a sign of a shorted out starter or the positive battery cable. Make sure the cable has no holes in the coating where it could be shorting to ground. Next would be to replace the starter with a known good one.

I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute. The blowers for the fan work just fine, but the air never gets warm. Any idea what it is?

your heater core could be clogged. flush out your whole cooling system and hopefully that fixes the problem
